During the summer, ALL campus facilities are scheduled through the Office of Special Services and Summer Activities. These include classrooms, seminar rooms, residence hall rooms, the Forum and all public physical education facilities. Before planning any activity in one of these facilities, be sure to contact the Office of Special Services and Summer Activities at x3178.
Detailed printed schedules of daily activities can be examined in the following building offices: Fine Arts, ARH, PEC, Forum, Science, Facilities Management and Special Services.
If you plan on scheduling activities for the lst half of lst semester, 1996, be sure to make your calendar reservation as soon as you begin planning the activity. Please consult the Activities Calendar on the VAX (type "CAL' at $). Reservation forms can be obtained at the Office of Special Services, Harry Hopkins House. The deadline for submitting information to be included in the first Activities Calendar of 1996 academic year is Monday, August 5.

The college is again sponsoring a summer physical fitness program for members of the staff, faculty and administration from Monday, June 3 - Friday, July 26. This schedule is listed as an addendum at the end of the Campus Memo. ENTRANCE TO THE PEC IS THROUGH THE SOUTH LOWER RAMP DOOR ONLY.
At the beginning of Fall Semester, there will be a consolidated student information packet which will include all information, listings, etc. which organizations, departments and offices want all students to receive. The materials to be included with this distribution must be received by the Office of Special Services by NOON, on Wednesday, August 14, 1996. This packet will be distributed by August 24 to all students.
