The Coalition sponsors workshops that encourage dialogue about the differences of race, ethnicity, gender, class, cultural/religious, sexual harassment, and sexual orientation. Conducted in residence halls and academic and administrative departments, these workshops are designed to promote awareness on campus by helping participants confront stereo types through interactive exercises. This past year, the Coalition has been involved in creating dialogue through the Social Action Theater (SAT).

DivCo has also conducted workshops in the residence halls, for various departments on campus, performed during New Student Days, and for the ACM-Committee on Minority Concerns at Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois which sparked their invitation to perform SAT at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.
