Student Educational Policy Committee
(SEPC)

In the spring of each year majors in the Department elect members to the Spanish Educational Policy Committee. A central responsibility of the SEPC is to participate in the evaluation of instructors' teaching for contract renewals (third year) and for promotion and tenure. The group also meets with the staff to discuss issues related to the Department's curriculum and extracurricular activities.
