Homesickness: The election, the dollar exchange rate and your mom
As the days grow colder here in London I have been overcome with a ridiculous feeling of homesickness. The novelty of being abroad has worn undeniably thin, as well as my bank account, and I long for the comforts of home. It is a natural state of affairs for most people abroad so I will be sidetracked from my usual ‘Go London’ propaganda and speak to this feeling.

Europe is totally gay
You the good readers of the S&B are the unfortunate victims of a particular scheduling circumstance. Both this column and my Political Economy of the European Union (EU) paper are due tomorrow at 5:00, and I don’t have time to do both of them well and independently. Luckily, though, the EU is someplace in the world besides the U.S, so a lazy rehash of some recent goings on falls within the scope of my column.
