Two seniors take a look at three of Grinnell’s drinking establishments: Rabbit’s, GameTime and the Pub. They award the bars a maximum of five beer bottles while taking into account the selection, atmosphere, prices, games and crowd each place has to offer.

Caramel apples and pumpkin slingshots
Our first stop was the tractor ride, where a large tractor pulled young children around a field in cow-shaped barrels at a surprisingly high speed. I could hardly contain my excitement as we waited in line near the “World Famous Pumpkin Tree” and convinced the ride operator to let us on, but as we were about to climb in we noticed the long line of young children waiting behind us and decided to let them go instead.
