Doing the math
“I haven’t worked this hard since I was in college myself,” said Professor Chris French about his teaching responsibilities at Grinnell. “Students expect a lot of you. That’s what I was told would happen, and that’s what I expected and that’s what I want.” French is one of three new professors in the math department, along with his fiancée Karen Shuman and Shona Kuiper.
