Have a holiday today at Harris
Bradley: I hope everyone enjoyed Maid in Manhattan’s surprise, uninvited return to Grinnell last weekend. For some reason, the Jennifer Lopez-Ralph Fiennes bland comedy seems to like to the homely hominess of Harris. With only one Harris film this weekend, due to Waltz tomorrow night, there’s little chance that we’ll see it again this weekend, but, hey, Films Chair Tony O. Pham can do anything. For the second year in a row, I’m left to wonder why there isn’t a Harris movie on Waltz night, yet there is a movie on Titular Head night. [more]
