At 7:15 a.m. on any given weekday morning, early-rising students stumble bleary-eyed into Quad dining hall. For many of them, the only motivation for crawling out of bed is the thought of a smiling and cheerful Joy Douglas handing them an order of “Eggs by Joy.”
