Sleep your way into the future
The human body requires about seven hours of sleep at night. Oddly enough, this is exactly how much sleep the Grinnell college community gets, although cumulatively, and per semester. But don’t worry. Researchers are now suggesting that what is much more important than getting enough sleep is getting the right kind of sleep. According to these experts, you can continue surviving off of your blink-long naps just as long as they are deep, restful, restoring and rejuvenating. [more]
