The Ribbon is a technique inspired by a graphic Mark found in Wired Magazine. In their simplest forms, Ribbon pieces consist of lines or shapes duplicated and overlapped multiple times in Illustrator, creating a sense of depth and repetition. When single curvy lines are Ribboned, they take on a 3D, ribbon-like effect—hence the name of the technique.
Your assignment is to explore the Ribbon technique in 3 or 4 pieces. At least one of those pieces should focus on color, and another on interesting composition. Series are allowed but must be submitted as one piece.
