QUESTION: [When I try to log in] It keeps telling me "the requested organizational set is empty"
ANSWER: You need to make sure that when you are entering information into the Transfer column, that you first click on the little black arrow. You will then click on "search". This will bring up another window in which you then enter your Dept code and supervisor code. I am attaching some basic instructions that should help.
