Job Summary | Reporting to the Vice President for Diversity Equity and Inclusion, the Administrative Assistant provides general support to the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI). Additionally, this role will manage and lead administrative efforts for DEI activities. Key Responsibilities Include Managing and Maintaining ODEI webpage Oversees ODEI budget lines Maintains Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion calendar Organizes and provides key administrative support to ODEI events and programming Attending and participating in meetings, as requested by the ODEI Vice President Assist in the implementation of key DEI events, in working with DEI leadership and others across campus, as deemed appropriate. High emphasis on confidentiality and attention to detail. Will track data for BIRT as well as the CDI and CDO’s Cabinet and DEISL (DEI Senior Leadership Team).
