Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Collective Impact, this position will coordinate 1) data activities to assess status, outcomes and plans for sustainability and 2.) communications projects helping Grinnell College fulfill its “backbone” role for the Grinnell Education Partnership. Demonstrating measurable improvements in student success, the Partnership has transformed the way the College works with our community’s non-profits and how those organizations work together especially as they continue to adapt to the current social, economic and health challenges. This position will further the effectiveness of the Partnership and Grinnell College’s role in serving as the “backbone” agency for this transformative community-wide initiative.

Assess Partnership status, outcomes and plans for sustainability. Participate in community meetings to document, report, assess and make program recommendations. Create systems to capture Partnership data for analysis and reporting. Identify current partner needs with special emphasis on our current social, economic and public health challenges. Design, create, administer and analyze a custom partner survey or interview instrument that offers network recommendations based on those findings. Gather and summarize Partnership program data for reporting to granting agencies. Support GEP Project Sustainability Coordinator in creating an advisory summary report that highlights key Partnership initiatives to date and how they are being sustained.
