Job Summary The Roundsperson I is proficient in food pre-preparation and production. This person must be flexible to work where needed in production to include The Spencer Grill, Pantry, and Presentation cook venues of the Marketplace.
The Roundsperson I is able to read, understand, prep and prepare foods using standardized Grinnell Dining recipes. They will utilize proper culinary techniques when prepping and preparing food items and recipes.
Responsibilities will include routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and venue.

Responsibility Prep and prepare foods using standardized Grinnell Dining recipes in any food production area of Grinnell Dining.
