Job Summary
Provide administrative support for conference operations (scheduling, services, etc.). Schedule campus facilities for internal and external clients. Oversee the day-to-day management and overall operation of the scheduling database and serve as primary liaison with ITS for database maintenance. Utilize the scheduling database to coordinate information about events with campus service providers. Coordinates with Registrar to endure classes are scheduled.
