Points to remember:
-bios should be no longer than 100 words
-don’t capitalize names of majors or concentrations, except languages (e.g., English major, history major, biology major, Spanish major)
-class years appear as “Thaddeus Turner ‘04”
-use the “extra” comma before “and” in a series (e.g., lions, tigers, and bears)
-Grinnell College uses “first-year,” “second-year”, “third-year,” and “senior”
-Italicize titles, use double quotation marks for short works (like, one-act plays)
-only one space after a period or colon
-use “theatre” unless you are referring to a company that spells its name differently
