CHI food event : Approved. The Associate Dean has been directed to indicate that regular expenses for instruction of regularly offered departmental courses such as this should be charged to departmental budgets. The committee has recommended that this be explicit in the revised guidelines.

Revision of Guidelines : The Associate Deans' office is working on compiling an inventory of internal sources of support for activities that are also funded by ISC. This information for ISC and CSFS is attached. The goal is to make the information easily accessible for all faculty. The results of this inventory will inform the revision of the ISC guidelines, in progress.

Report on Master Planning process : The Trustees have approved hiring SBRA to continue the campus master planning process. The Associate Dean has recommended to the SBRA representative that ISC would be an appropriate group to consult with.

Report from task force (format/compatibility issues) : This task force was charged by ISC last year. The attached document was distributed to the committee. Members of ISC were encouraged to bring questions and comments to the next meeting.

Web editing software : Bill Francis mentioned that Communication and Events has been viewing demos and will be purchasing new web editing software.
