This was a special meeting which came to order at 12:00 noon in the Nollen House conference room.

The meeting was called to follow on a discussion of a request of the Economics Department for out-of-sequence consideration of a request for an addition of a tenure-track position. The Council voted to approve with three abstentions.

The meeting adjourned at 1:05 p.m.
