The meeting came to order at 8:00 a.m. in the Nollen Conference Room.

E. Willis called this special meeting to have a discussion of an emerging issues associated with implementing the Expanding Knowledge Initiative which Council had not been able to discuss during their regular academic year meetings.

The meeting adjourned at 9:10 a.m.
