1) The meeting was called to order shortly after noon in the Lower Level Conference Room of the John Chrystal Center.

2) The Committee, taking up an on-going piece of old business, decided to maintain the College's existing polices regarding the admission of College employees to degree seeking status. The Committee had previously collected, circulated, and discussed the hand-full of relevant College policies surrounding this topic and, after a short additional discussion, decided to let things stand as they are.

3) Committee members were thanked for their good service for the year, and the meeting was adjourned shortly before 1:00 PM.
