| THE SOULS OF BLACK FOLK | Essays and Sketches | W. E. B. Du Bois |
|
This website was conceptualized by Steve Andrews. He would like to thank Munindra Khaund for his beautiful site-design; Ralph Russell, for performing and arranging the music; the Young, Gifted and Black Choir of Grinnell College for singing Prof. Russell’s interpretations of various songs, especially “Let Us Cheer the Weary Traveler”; and David Berk and Todd Coleman, who digitally captured the music. Thanks also to Associate Dean Helen Scott and the Mellon Foundation for organizing and funding the “Teaching with Technology in the Liberal Arts” workshop in the summer of 2001, which was taught by David Berk, Munindra Khaund, Wayne Twitchell, and Alex Wirth-Cauchon. This web-page started out as a project for that workshop. I would also like to thank Mike Conner for his ongoing help in maintaining and augmenting the site. © Grinnell College 2005
