The logo
depicts a stylized person standing with outstretched arms in tall
grass. Developed in 1999 by Center staff in conjunction with Connie
Wilson Design of Des Moines, Iowa, the image represents the Center's
interest in the relationship between humans and nature in our prairie
region.
