Griffiths: Problem 2.26

If you are trying to figure out how to build your integral, look at the line elements for the various coordinate systems and see if you can piece this together. (Make sure you check that your formula gives the right surface area for a cone!)

Also, one of the integrals is not particularly easy. You might want to "cheat" and look this one up or do it on the computer. (For those that like a challenge, a straightforward substitution will transform this into the sum of an easy integral and one that we saw last week.)
