The saron demung of the gamelan sekati K.K. Gunturmadu being carried from bangsal Ponconiti in the Kraton Yogyakarta, where the two gamelan sekati were performed to mark the opening of Sekaten 1982, to thhe pagongan buildings in the courtyard of the Mesjid Ageng (a saron barung from the same set can be seen at the far right of the photo). This procession takes place at about midnight under the cover of dark and with no audible fanfare (the sets are not played as they are moved).
