Assignments:

The course assignments will include 3 short papers, a rewrite, class participation, a class presentation, a midterm exam, and a final exam.

The short papers will be due on 21 September; 2 November; and 8 December. No late papers will be accepted.  All papers must be accompanied by a title page.

The class participation requirements include regular, reliable attendance and active participation in discussions and group work.

The final exam will be on December 14.  The in-class midterm exam will be on October 9.
