Recommended Web Sites

The following five sites are all excellent libraries / file-archives full of great information about pagan topics:

Iowa Pagan Groups:

Other interesting web sites:

  • Pagans On Campus - Featuring links to college pagan groups worldwide
  • College Wicca - Includes a page with links to many other pagan student organizations.  You can find that specific page here .  Also excellent is the site's page College Wicca Files .
  • Occultopedia - A great site for encyclopedic information about occult topics
  • Encyclopedia Mythica - Like Occultopedia, only for mythology-related topics.
  • Witch's Voice - This is a directory pagan groups all over the world; PDC has an entry on this page.
  • Pagan Page on the DMOZ Open Directory - This site seems to have a plethora of links to high-quality pagan sites. Also a good place to look for links to sites on very specific types of paganism.
  • Diana's Grove - Where we found our Pagan Awareness Week speakers.
  • Pagan Parenting Page - For those of you interested in issues related to raising a family in the pagan traditions.
  • The Pagan Pride Project
  • The Golden Dawn - This page on witchvox.com is an excellent summary of the Golden Dawn and related traditions.  The author of this article, John Michael Greer, is a well-known and well-respected author of many books on ceremonial magick, including the Golden Dawn.
  • Hermetica - a history of the Western Esoteric tradition - This site seems to have some decent information, but it is perhaps a bit too comprehensive for a one-hour discussion!  Still, if you would be interested in getting more historical background information, check this out.
  • Diana's Grove – The Pagan Discussion Circle has attended their Rites of Passage gatherings during fall break from school.
