1) What are some common barriers and strategies projects have used to overcome these barriers?
2) What are greatest challenges projects are now facing?
3) Are there directions in which projects intend to expand beyond that originally intended?
4) What are the measures being taken to gain the institutional support necessary to continue the projects efforts?
